Let me share with you the second day of using Futa.
Immediately after taking a shower (at 5 pm), put a patch on the area with stomach pain. There is a feeling of heat first, and then there is a feeling of spiciness. There was no spiciness on the first day. This hot and spicy feeling lasts for 2 hours. Occasionally there is an itchy feeling and a wet feeling.

Let me talk about the process and feelings of applying the plaster on the first day of San Fu Tian (mid July).
I have pain problems in my waist, neck, shoulders and feet.
The plaster has been applied on both sides of the lower back and the back of both calves near the knees since 6 pm last night.
